Can't say enough good things about the Saucy Pig. the owner used to have a restaurant, but does mostly catering and competitions now. I use him all the time for my Greenville area events and people can't get enough. He is flexible with dietary requests and works with you on cost best he can. He's always on time and professional. The food is always fresh and absolutely insane delicious. Best ribs and brisket I've ever had. The chicken and pork a great too and he brings a variety of sauces.
